Dining furnitures are tired, kitchen serving plates, cutlery and utensils are limited, bathroom basin water tab were too close to drainer... The place doesn't have a reception, which was not terribly obvious from the hotel description, but that's just a beginning of the troubles. After booking was done I was asked to provide the ID... Staff was extremely customer friendly and accommodating.

These apartments use to be nice but management doesn't care about your issues but will insist you do every little thing at a moments notice and will charge you if not. Also pay for amenities that we couldn't use for over a year but the price still goes up. WELLINGTON AT THE DUNES is an apartment community located in Union County and the ZIP Code. This area is served by the Dakota Valley School District 61-8 attendance zone. No view from balcony and building new convention centre right in front. We got a code to get into the building which took a while to work out. The hotel consisted of one floor at the top of the building, a little weird.
U Residence Hotel has parking available for guests. Washer dryer is a plus.Very near to eateries, waterfront, TePapa museum, McD, petrol station, new world supermarket, courtaney place, also cuba street. The apartment was a bit dented, the art work was unusual, and it wasn't that clean. There wasn't a warm cover on one of the beds, so sleeping straight onto the sheet and mattress was unpleasantly cold.
